Salem CDJR is seeking to add new Sales Consultants to our team located in Salem, Ohio.

We are looking for high-level, motivated, customer oriented sales consultants to join our team of professionals.

If you love sales and enjoy talking with and meeting new people, then we are the place for you! Paid training with our advanced team of professionals. Hands on experience in our dealerships throughout the training process.

Responsibilities:

• Having a thorough understanding of dealership sales processes.
• Ensure accuracy with customers and vehicle presentation to ensure satisfaction.
• Review and update sales leads and following tasks.
• Maintain amazing customer service and be relatable to build rapport within the community and on social media platforms.
• Remain up-to-date on products and certifications.
• Must be computer literate and able to operate our CRM applications.
• Administrative tasks as assigned such as processing paperwork.
• Maintain a professional appearance with good hygiene.
• Performs other tasks, based on management instructions.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills and general computer/internet proficiency.
• Motivated to sell and never stop improving.
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
